Operating as a neighborhood bar since the repeal of The Noble Experiment, Cowan's Public transports guests back in time, as if the space had been left untouched with the dust cloths freshly removed. Salvaging what was possible, a new curved Art Deco Bar with custom stained glass was added, along with custom plaster work and fireplace. The side dining room reveals a restored tin ceiling, upholstered walls, & deco chandeliers encompassed by custom banquette seating.
